Jörgen Philip-Sörensen

Niels Jörgen Philip-Sörensen (born 23 September 1938 in Malmö, died 18 January 2010[1] in London) was a Swedish businessman of Danish ancestry.

In 1901 Phillip-Sörenson's grandfather founded the United Security firms, which has since became the ISS A/S, and his father Erik Philip-Sørensen later founded the company Securitas AB which evolved into G4S. Erik Philip-Sørensen was born a Danish citizen but changed his citizenship to Swedish in 1940. In later years, Jörgen Philip-Sörensen lived in England, where he was among the nation's wealthiest individuals. Sometimes he visited Skagen in his father's native Denmark, where he owned a hotel.
